The eclipse camp and open-sky viewing area will be inside the path of totality, in the zone between the White Desert and the Black Desert. The exact operational point and coordinates will be shared later with confirmed guests after final terrain, access, safety, horizon and viewing-condition checks. These checks are designed to choose the best practical terrain, horizon and viewing conditions. The selected point will be astronomically verified to provide at least 6 minutes of totality. The fully air-conditioned camp is arranged with a direct sky-view layout and prepared eclipse-viewing positions within the camp environment.
Children aged 0–6 travel free and require no deposit. Children aged 7–15 pay 50% of the adult package price and a $250 deposit. Every child requires an available seat and must travel with a parent or legal guardian.
The standard deposit is $500 for each adult, $250 for each child aged 7–15 and $0 for children aged 0–6. Every paid deposit is credited toward the final package price.

Solar eclipse viewing glasses are not included in the standard package price and are planned to be available separately. Guests must use approved solar viewers during the partial phases and follow recognised solar-viewing safety guidance.
