Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@solareclipse.tours.

Bookings cancelled on or before January 31, 2027 are eligible for a 100% refund of all amounts paid to Solar Eclipse Tours.

Bookings cancelled from February 1, 2027 through June 1, 2027 are subject to a 50% cancellation charge. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

Bookings cancelled from June 2, 2027 through the eclipse date on August 2, 2027 are subject to a 100% cancellation charge and no refund will be provided.

No refund will be provided in the event of a no-show or failure to arrive.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
