Cairo to Bahariya Oasis
Your private air-conditioned vehicle will collect you from your Cairo hotel between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, according to your preferred departure time. After the approximately 4–5 hour journey, arrive at your 5-star hotel, check in, relax and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, visit English Mountain for panoramic views, explore the Pyramid Mountains of El Dist and El Maghrafa, then relax beside the oasis lake for sunset. Return to the hotel for dinner and your first overnight stay.

Bahariya Oasis to the Eclipse Camp
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin the private 4x4 desert safari. Explore the dramatic Black Desert and natural sulfur springs before a freshly prepared lunch beside the spring. Continue to Crystal Mountain and its quartz formations, then travel to the purpose-built eclipse camp in the confirmed zone between the White Desert and the Black Desert, inside the path of totality. The camp is fully air-conditioned and designed with direct sky-view access. Wi-Fi, electricity and guest toilets are available. Settle into the private camp, enjoy dinner, relax beneath the desert sky and spend one premium night in the Western Desert.

The Total Solar Eclipse Experience
After breakfast at camp, prepare for the eclipse within the same purpose-built camp environment. The eclipse camp and open-sky viewing area will be inside the path of totality, in the zone between the White Desert and the Black Desert. The exact operational point and coordinates will be shared later with confirmed guests after final terrain, access, safety, horizon and viewing-condition checks. These checks are designed to choose the best practical terrain, horizon and viewing conditions. The selected point will be astronomically verified to provide at least 6 minutes of totality. The fully air-conditioned camp is limited to a maximum of 40 guests and uses a direct sky-view layout, while Wi-Fi, electricity and guest toilets are available at the camp. Witness the Total Solar Eclipse of 2027, then enjoy lunch at the same location. At around 4:00 PM, depart for Aqabat Valley, continue through the White Desert and experience sunset among its famous limestone formations. Return to Bahariya Oasis for hotel check-in, dinner and your second 5-star hotel night.

Bahariya Oasis to Cairo
Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel, check out and prepare for the private journey back to Cairo. The drive takes approximately 4–5 hours, with arrival expected during the afternoon or evening depending on road and traffic conditions.

Luxury package pricing
Reserve with a fixed booking deposit
A fixed booking deposit is required for each paying traveler. The adult deposit is $500. Children aged 7–15 pay 50% of the adult package price and their deposit is $250. Children aged 0–6 travel free and require no deposit. Travelers aged 16 and older pay the full adult price. Every paid deposit is credited toward the traveler’s final package price.

The full adult package price is $3,950 and the required adult deposit is $500. Every paid deposit is credited toward the final balance.
What is the price for children?
Children aged 0–6 travel free and require no deposit. Children aged 7–15 pay 50% of the adult price, which is $1,975, and their deposit is $250. Travelers aged 16 and older pay the full adult price.
Are entrance tickets included?
No. Entrance tickets and attraction tickets are not included. Required desert permits are included.
